In detail:
This flower pollen has a tasting note of dried hay. It has been dried to a water content of <5%. It is a superfood with multiple benefits (immune, metabolic, digestive, and antioxidant)... It can be consumed with fruits (compote, salad...), in a vegetable soup, or in an infusion. Each type of plant corresponds to a type of pollen, a true identity card of the plant. It comes from the reproductive organs of flowers, at the terminal end of the stamen. This explains the shades of yellow, orange, and light brown, even black, with as many pollen grains as there are species of flowers! Pollen, which sticks to bees' legs as they forage, is harvested using a trap at the entrance to the hive, allowing for weighted collection. Indeed, pollen is the sole nutritional input for bees and the life of the hive.
