Pariani is a young family business whose motto is "Research and Excellence." It offers pastry products and ingredients to the most demanding professionals for the most creative recipes. It began in 2010 with the production of an exclusively IGP hazelnut oil from Piedmont, using an innovative cold-pressing process developed in collaboration with the Faculty of Agriculture in Turin. Its immediate success with professionals allowed the creation of a complete range of exclusively Italian nut oils, selected from trusted producers: Bronte green pistachio PDO, pine nuts from the Pisa coast, "Romana" almonds from Val di Noto, "Lara" Venetian walnuts... After oils and defatted nut powders, the Pariani range expanded to include semi-finished products dedicated to the manufacture of ice cream: pastes, flours, seeds, candied fruits, essences... Based in Givoletto, near Turin, it has production and storage units designed for the most delicate products in Cortemilia and Bronte.
Queen of the Sicily , the pistachio This local variety is renowned worldwide for its exceptional quality. Grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna and sourced from the most sun-exposed terroirs, it develops an intense flavor and a unique emerald-green color. Pariani rigorously selects the finest pistachios from its partner growers, guaranteeing a raw product, scaled and unsalted, which preserves all its taste and nutritional qualities. Their subtle and slightly sweet aroma enhances both sweet and savory recipes, from pastries to pestos and dishes in pastry crusts.
