Our vanilla beans come directly from our partner growers on the island of Madagascar, renowned for producing the world's finest vanilla. We have been working with our growers in Farahalana, in the Sambava region, for over eight years, and have recently expanded our network with new producer cooperatives in Mananara, ensuring a consistent supply of exceptionally high-quality beans.
Madagascar vanilla offers intense and complex aromas, dominated by a creamy, powdery natural vanillin with fruity notes and a hint of caramel and rum. Our premium beans excel in pastry making for creams, flans, ice creams, and fine chocolates, as well as in savory dishes for gourmet sauces and sophisticated marinades.
