An ideal base for caterers and gourmet tables, this petal is a thin, crispy organic rye crispbread, handcrafted, whose century-old recipe was discovered in the Åby family manor library in 1990. With a unique texture and inimitable taste, this rye petal is a Nordic hard bread made from three ingredients: organic Finnish rye, water, and sea salt. Its oval shape and crispness are perfect for cocktail pieces, sweet or savory. Easy to handle: non-crumbly, it does not crack easily. The crispness of the petal is not affected by cold or humidity.
