Late harvest in winter after the first frosts, cold extraction within 24 hours to preserve the aroma. Product Description

Nyons PDO extra virgin olive oil, Tanche variety. First cold pressing, golden-green colour. Ripe and round fruitiness, very buttery, green apple on the nose, notes of dried fruit, fresh hazelnuts and cut hay. Very smooth on the palate, delicate aromas of fruit and almonds. Multi-purpose: perfect on raw vegetables, for finishing hot dishes, for cooking and even for frying. Late harvest (December-January), unique terroir from the foothills of the Alps. Made in France, Rhône-Alpes region. 50 cl bottle.
